Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of offerings provided by Lisa DePamphilis / Conscious Moms Rising (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any of our products, services, or artwork, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Disclaimer
Our services, programs, artwork, and content are intended for personal growth, creative inspiration, and spiritual support. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. By engaging with our offerings, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and results.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, logos, brand designs, courses, digital downloads, and written/recorded materials are protected by copyright © Lisa DePamphilis 2025/2026.
Purchase of any product or service does not transfer copyright or ownership.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share our materials without written consent.
Limited use is granted to fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful) for printing and shipping only.

3. Offerings & Usage
a. Artwork & Print-on-Demand Products
Products are for personal use only.
Resale, duplication, or digital reproduction of designs is prohibited.
b. Memberships & Circles (e.g., The Embodied Circle)
Membership fees are billed as stated on the sales page (monthly or program-based).
Access is personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines or act in ways that disrupt the circle.
c. 1:1 Mentoring & Private Sessions
Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Results vary based on individual commitment and participation.
d. Digital Products, Courses & Freebies
All digital downloads are final sale, non-refundable.
Sharing of logins, course materials, or downloads with others is not permitted.
e. Workshops & Events
Registration is required to attend.
Event dates and details are subject to change; we will provide notice of adjustments.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are due at the time of purchase.
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Refunds are not offered for digital products, downloads, or partially completed memberships/programs.
For live programs and mentoring, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability
By participating in any of our offerings, you agree to release Lisa DePamphilis / Conscious Moms Rising from any liability related to your use of the services, artwork, or products. You understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your own energy, participation, and circumstances.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will never share your information without consent, except as required by law.
Any personal stories or experiences shared in circles, workshops, or mentoring sessions are confidential and must be respected by all participants.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be handled within that jurisdiction.

8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of our offerings means you accept the updated Terms.
